We are now accepting Dealer inquires, and all inquires and questions should be forwarded to wholesale@prostreetonline.com. If you do not have the proper paperwork or documents to set up an account through us, please do not inquire.
Our dealer requirements as of June 7th 2003.
- US $1,000.00 Opening Order (net/net)
- Orders must maintain a minimum of US$100.00 order. If less than this amount, there will be an additional US$10.00 processing fee imposed on the total order.
- You must be a full time business in the aftermarket high performance auto parts industry
To set up a dealer account with Pro Street Online, you must follow these instructions
- Fax us your business info to 510-723-0002 ( Attn : John ) when you are ready to place order or requesting wholesale prices.
What to fax us : Resale License, (seller's permit) Tax I.D., city permit or city license, and any other pertinent information required such as copy of advertisement, business cards, etc. Only businesses with automotive affiliation shall be considered!
Once you have faxed us your information, we will contact you shortly regarding your account and provide you with login information and passwords to our secure dealer site. All accounts start at Dealer Level 1 unless prebuy requirements are met.
Q : Why should you buy from Pro Street?
A : We provide top notch service to all of our dealers, including such services as drop shipment, account management, and detailed dealer tools to help manage your customer base and further your business.
Payment Details :
- Prepaid: Certified Check, Bank Wire, Bank Draft, or Money Order
- Prepaid: Company Check (w/ prior approval)
- COD: Cash or Certified Check (subject to approval)
- COD: Company Check (w/ prior approval)
If a check is returned for any reason, a US $25.00 service charge will be made, and all shipments will be permanently returned to "COD: Cash Only" or "Prepaid: Certified Check".
Special Orders
Pro Street Online accepts special orders. All special orders and specially priced merchandise must be paid for in full at the time of order. Once order has been placed, it is NON-CANCELABLE. Parts not in stock, although listed in this web site, catalog, or price sheet, can at the option of Pro Street Online be considered special order.
Pricing
All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. Possession of Pro Street Online Wholesale Price Guide, Discount Structure Sheet, or Catalog does not constitute an offer to sell any items listed.
Drop Ship Orders
Prior Approval and Authorization must be given for Drop Ship Orders. All Drop Ship Orders must be pre-paid. If the order is being shipped to a California Address, a California Resale Certificate must be on file or California Sales Tax will be added to the order. All Drop Ship Orders are subject to a US$10.00 Drop Ship Fee.
Refused Shipments
Any shipments returned "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made. Any refused shipments sent back to Pro Street Online does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 20% restocking fee.
Termination
Pro Street Online reserves the right to terminate any account who does not meet the above and below conditions at any given time, for any given reason.
